Brian Boxer Wachler, MD, Publishes Book on Impact of Social Media on Our Perception
Brian Boxer Wachler, MD, announced the upcoming availablity of his new book, "Influenced: The Impact of Social Media on Our Perception." He says the book, which is being published by Rowman & Littlefield/Penguin Random House, focused on what happens to users' brains and behaviors each time they addictively engage social media and influencers. He says science is proving that addictive reliance upon social media and its influencers is having a demonstrable impact on how people think, feel, and perceive.
His previous book, "Perceptual Intelligence: The Brain’s Secret to Seeing Past Illusion, Misperception, and Self-Deception," educated readers on how to better understand the world around them and make better decisions.
