AmbioDisk is a fourth-generation amniotic membrane (AM) technology by IOP Ophthalmics. AmbioDisk is a sutureless overlay AM disk for the officebased or surgical treatment of the ocular surface. According to the company, the AmbioDisk can be used for nonhealing epithelial defects, neurotrophic ulcerations, corneal erosions, acute chemical and thermal burns, and postoperative infectious keratitis (herpetic, vernal, bacterial).
